I went to Vernal today, and one of my stops was at Deseret Industries. I needed a plate so I can make a bird feeder that has a bottle attached to a plate. Yes I saw this idea on Pinterest.(And yes I know that me making a bird feeder sounds gay, but I dont care what you think. Im going to make that darn bird feeder anyway) At D.I. I ended up buying: three Stephen King novels, Angels and Demons, another book, a beanie, and two plates all for the hefty amount of six dollars. I love getting deals. Getting deals is worth putting up with the smell in that store. Anyway when I was checking out the cashier who was a little different, but super nice asked me if I would like the plates wrapped up. I stated, Sure. The cashier then pulls out a newspaper to wrap the plates. The funny thing was that instead of wrapping the plates or checking me out, he proceeded to read the newspaper quietly for what must of been at least 30 seconds. After silently reading the paper he giggled. There was no explanation on what was so amusing in the paper he read. Finally he came out of his own little world, and tallied up my items on the computer. The whole interaction was was just funny. For a minute I thought maybe I was on an episode of Impractical Jokers. Super Hilarious.
