.......I went to WPRO studios by the Prov. River where the next day after she performed at the old RI Auditorium she did a live interview...at cafertiera time I told the table I always sat at Im driving down there tonight and this fello Dean, on permit from Bway, the hill sail I go....I picked him up at one of those beautiful houses on Bway, meeting his parents 1st of course, and we both marched into WPRO studios...an employee pointed to the door..we stayed...( her husband was with here) there was a limo and driver in the parking lot... He came out 1st, another guy then her. I ran up to her husband and asked him if I might kiss her hand...He said well sure, but dontske too long.Meanwhile Dean and about 15 others jaws dropped..the Prov. PD were there but one would have never known it...what a thrill for a mid- teen...that couldnt have happened 30 yrs ago, forget about today....So sad that contemporary music is for the most part, crap and niceness and good manners have vanished from the status quos book of what is really important.
