I went to a farmers market yesterday (Yoder, KS) I bought a granola bar from an Amish woman. It was nothing special, wrapped in saran wrap. OMG, that was wonderful. Now I want to make them. I looked in the files and couldnt find granola bars. I am going to start searching through all of my Amish cookbooks too. In the meantime, if anyone has the recipe Id LOVE it! They were made with oats, rice krispie cereal,chocolate chips, raisin, marshmallows and honey. Thats all that I recall that she said was in it. Thanks so much!!!
