I went to a restaurant yesterday and had a great meal. Unfortunately they had a TV on the wall in front of my face. In December of 2011 I got rid of my 500 pound 32 inch TV and replaced it with a state of the art LED TV. Three months later I unplugged that TV and put it in the closet. I havent seen TV more than a few times since. I am amazed at how little stress there is in my life. I dont get overwhelmed by the hype of the media blitz. Eating dinner in this lovely restaurant with a TV stuck in my face made me so aware of how little I care of the frenetic cacophony of the media.
