I went to check out a sailing club today and they had a little race with small sailboats. Just a few guys out goofing off. They had 2 races, and during the third they had to abort the race due to one guy falling overboard and another boat having a mechanical failure. I didnt care, I was out enjoying Tampa bay and had a beer in one hand and my smart phone in the other, snapping pics of the antics. In the end, everyone had fun and all made it back safely to the marina. I had a nice day and met some new sailor friends. Saw some manatees and some sea rays, and enjoyed soaking up the sun. Life is good.
