I went to court with a friend and paid court fees for her with my Visa card and it declined so I let them run it again, it declined again so I gave them my MasterCard and transaction went through so later that night I check my online banking and behold the Visa transaction went through too so next day I go back down to the court clerk and tell her that they charged me twice in the process and she says well our systems says it declined and I said look at my phone it shows you charged me on two different cards over $200 bucks so she went to talk to her supervisor and came back and said it didnt go thru and will drop off in a day or so, well it didnt so I have to file a dispute with my bank to get back the funds, not my fault but theirs and I was just trying to help someone. Now this was four days ago and I like to eat lobster... Moral of the story is watch your money, little things like this happen all the time and sometimes older folks dont follow through and where does that money go? Who knows. Dont let them keep swiping your card! Thank God for online banking its the bomb!
