I went to get some soul food the other day, and there was a gentleman behind me that was a lil...um...grumpy, lol...I told him that the waitress was calling him for his order, and he told, Yes, I know...um, ok! Well, I just smiled at him and kept it moving...then when it was time to pay, I struck up a lil convo with him, just to pass the time...he didnt say much, but you could see that he had softened a lil bit....when it was his time to pay, he turned to me and said, Would you be terribly offended if I paid for your food? HUH?? HOMEY!!??? Um, NOPE!!!! lol...I try to sow seeds and it was a blessing to see that one sprout so quickly...the lady behind me kept telling me how I did it, it was my smile, I got him out of his lil funk...all I could say was, To God be the Glory....I just acted like I always do, and God was able to use that to touch his heart...he even said, God has been real good to me...well alright playa! Keep smiling!!! You dont know who needs to be reminded!!!
