I went to my PCP two days ago with swollen ankles, legs, and blue feet. He told me to stop taking ibuprofen immediately as it can cause severe problems with people with congestive heart failure which I have.. He changed my diuretic and I am to see a intervention surgeon to do a cath on my legs and place stents to increase the blood flow.. Since stopping Ibuprofen, the swelling in my legs have decreased.. The blue feet and toes unfortunately is my circulation, peripheral artery disease, which I will need to deal with in the next few weeks..
