I went to work at a different house I hade never been to before yesterday. Got there and discovered I was working the shift with another staff who had also never been to that house. We were given no information about the people we were there to take care of and house manager did not bother to show up to train us until shift was more than halfway over. Definitely not appropriate way to treat staff and unsafe for people we are there to take care of.
