I went today to my employers health fair. I was scared because of my last doctors appointment bloodwork. It was bad. Bad enough that the doctor prescribed cholesterol meds and diabetes meds. I said I wanted to try a life style change instead. At that time I weighed 355. That was almost three months ago. So today I went and for blood work done and my weight taken......I am at 334...I have normal glucose...my triglycerides went from over 200 to almost normal. Also, I went from 60 waist circumference to 50!!!! PLEASE before you get scares into medicine please try a healthier lifestyle!!! I mess up everyday but start again.
