I went years without it and now Ive gone beef crazy! For breakfast I prepared beef sausage, eggs and biscuits, for lunch I made a 3/4 lb extra sharp double cheese burger (toasted the bun in the burger grease) with fried fingerling potatoes and then for dinner a 14 oz. T-Bone Steak (made gravy from the beef juices), spaghetti with 1lb of beef in it. Im sure gout is just waiting like the grim reaper for me! I need intervention. Smh
