I will be sending out the weekly group Distant Reiki Treatment tomorrow at approx 10am EST. If youre receiving and want to take time out to put your feet up at that time, do it! What a great excuse for a mini break in your day...if you cant, dont worry the energy will have been activated and be available to you , to plug into at any time, you dont even really have to think about it.
