I will continue to research this myself and exhaust all resources. But so far, she became physically combative and that is the reason you see this California officer repeatedly bashing this woman in the face in this video. Too many unknowns for now. But Im 61 and 280+, last time I had cuffs on me it took 2-3 state troopers to do it. Clearly she isnt of a size or temperament where such physical restraint is necessitated. But we will see.
