I will never forget that day. Where I was, what I was doing. What I felt. It was all so surreal. There were all kinds of rumors, too, so it was hard to keep straight what had happened and what was only speculation. I know people who lost loved ones that day, and my heart broke for them. I remember. But I also remember, in the weeks, months, and years that followed, how we grew closer and stronger. Hearing the stories of heroes that came forward and did incredible things. Of miracles and moments of connection. How the worst brought out the best in our country. I remember. #neverforget
