I will not blindly support any wrong doing or pretend or assume we have a perfect system. I am no cringing stooge neither am I a shameless sycophant. I do what I do out of courage of conviction. I have keenly followed and listened to all sides of the political divide, and my opinions are shaped by studying academic reports based on intellectual comparative analysis of their policies. I try to establish whether any party has demonstrated in the past or present enough commitment to deliver what they promise. And I do this dispassionately devoid of any senseless tribal sentiments. I try so hard to restrain myself and steer clear of being provoked to respond to many low thinkers particularly from the ndc. I have strongly and freely expressed my dissenting views on the npp, the camp I belong to in the past over issues I disagreed, and John Mahama and the ndc in my estimation are not above reproach bothering on invective. I find the npp to be the most credible alternative at the moment and Nana Addo/Bawumia ticket, the strongest choice not only for the party, but for the whole nation. The pair carries the nation along with them. They have the capability to restore that sense of patriotism in the ordinary citizen in the country once more. Take it or leave it, this is how I am and this is how I will be until our political leaders for once think about the poor masses not in slogans and plans are far advanced speeches but real development projects that meet world class standards. I feel insulted and incensed anytime I hear them eulogising KVIP and borehole projects. Crass mediocrity.
