I will remain quiet and look on from my dwelling place. ~Isaiah 18:4 I am not sure what version this is from, but as I read it this morning at the top of my devotions, it spoke so much to me. How we need to remember that even when it seems that God is quiet, He is very much aware of what we are walking through and at exactly the right moment, not one moment too soon or too late, He will arise in great love and power to our need and prayers. What calm came over my spirit this morning as I read these words and took them into my heart. We also need to remember that we only see our situation from our point of view, that God sits high above it and sees it for everything it is and for what He purposes it for in our lives. Its an awesome feeling, the peace that this gives in understanding how watchful and near He always is. good day family
