I will tell this Glenda story for those that know me and love me....putting together outfits to wear to a specific event can sometimes take me a while, I think it through, lay it out on the bed any number of things before I decide. So we are going to our first Christmas party for this season tomorrow. Its an mid afternoon open house event so Im thinking casual but not completely sure since this is not a group we see often going out to dinner occasionally that kind of thing.....so I decide on a black top and jeans and black boots....with a Christmas jewelry I have a cute pair of glittery snow flake ear rings and a brooch that matches. So earlier this week I lined several black sweaters and a black blouse up on a shelf in our bedroom so I could look and decide which one I felt I wanted to wear.........well today Cherlyn and I are shopping and I find the cutest black sweater its like $69 something but on sale for $14.99 WHAT A DEAL so I buy it, its perfect I like it I can picture it with the jeans and jewelry I have in mind...Im good to go. When I get home so proud of myself I show Harold the sweater and tell him what a deal I got.....am i good or what?????? My husband, knowing me so well, takes my hand and leads me into our bedroom and says add it to ALL those hanging on the shelf....well all I can say is its a darn good thing I didnt pay very much for this black sweater.
