I wish I could of done this in person to our Kamehameha Ohana but everything just happened so quickly and there isnt enough time. I have been selected to be the Head Program Varsity BB coach at St. Francis. It is with very mixed emotions for the move I am making. Though I will be leaving a school I love so much the opportunity to be a program coach is a dream I have had since I started coaching and am grateful to St. Francis for giving me the chance to purse my dream. My heart has been with Kamehameha for so many years and the past seven years being blessed to coach our student/athletes has truly been a blessing. Mahalo to Coach Jesse for bringing me into our program, Coach Jules for keeping me around and Coach Tacon for moving me up last year and Coach Vern for helping me drop 50 pounds with his program....LOL!! But thats for real... To the all the boys I have had the blessing of working with over the years.....mahalo for all the memories. To the boys still in the program mahalo for your aloha and support of me. To all the parents mahalo for your love and support. There are not enough words for me to properly share my feelings to all the players, parents and Kamehameha staff that I have had the pleasure of working with...other than I Love You all!! I will always be a Warrior and be around as much as possible to continue to support KS. To my boys that have heard this before always remember.... Anyone can be average...Strive to Special!!! I mua Kamehameha!!
