I wish I could of filmed me trying to get out of the bath (my muscles are killing me from starting training again yesterday) .. Id used some relax oils and salts to try ease them and I thought I was stuck... my legs hurt so much I couldnt push up without slipping back in...!!!! It would have made a fabulous goofball video (apart from I was naked of course! and we dont want to scare the small children!) I thought exercise was supposed to be good for you...
