Another agreement is between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Republic of Djibouti on the establishment of a Special Economic Zone of 500 hectares. I believe that these steps will lead to a rise in the prosperity level of the Djiboutian people. There are 65 Djiboutian students in Turkey at the moment. We will gladly increase this number to 100. It is a source of pleasure for us that Djiboutian students study in Turkey. I would like to express that. We have a project to establish a boutique hospital here. Our Ministry of Health will take the necessary steps. Moreover, we will provide 3-5 fully equipped ambulances and automatic garbage trucks to show our support to Djibouti in health and environmentalism. There are things we can do in education here. Another one of our promises is to build a beautiful mosque and a külliye (complex) around it.
