I wish to highly condemn the decision made by the University Senate last Semester to charge special papers(1000/= per paper) on a meeting that was held without our invitation as Students Representatives. This is contrary to the Universities Act 2012, The charter and University STATUTE XXII(2. XIII) where there should be two Student representatives in every regular Senate meeting as long as the matters under consideration are of no conflict of interest. We are not and will never accept Dictatorial policies especially at this age and the new dispensation. We kindly request the comrades to back us in objection of this to ensure success. We have already sought legal advice and we shall be appealing the same to the VC. We are committed to use any means to revoke such oppressive policies whatever it takes.#Unitedwestandpeace
