I wished to see and feel a true change of attitude from all - TopicsExpress

I wished to see and feel a true change of attitude from all responsibles especially that they had the army, the police and the peoples support, but again it did not happen. I wished to see Egypt moving towards a strong civil structure, building a state of law, standing up with pride showing the world the true capabilities of the democratic civil society and announcing the priority list of reforms in all areas to the population. Unfortunately, nothing of the above showed not even a small trace of it. I believed General El Sissi would be a better defense minister rather than a president. He would be, with the army, protecting the new born democracy until it matures and lifts up the country to international developed ranks. Now on the contrary, I am convinced that General El Sissi is the only man we can trust Egypt with. He should become president and thats the easy part, he should enforce the law on everyone in the street, at home and at the working place with extreme severeness. He should enforce the reforms starting with education and health without delay and run the country like a military camp until discipline is established in all areas. Democracy will find itself smoothly afterwards. I sincerely cannot see any light at the end of the tunnel were walking through if we continue with this anarchy and chaos. God save our Egypt.
