I woke up early today, and drove down to spend the morning and afternoon helping out on the food truck with the Boston Crusaders! I had a great time, got to see tons of friends, and drove my little car on a food run for the food truck. Who knew that you could get 8 watermelons, 10 gallons of milk, 10 boxes of cornstarch, 5lbs. of bell peppers, 10lbs. of grapes, 8 cantaloupes, a case of bottled water, an entire case of bananas, 64 loaves of bread, AND a passenger, all in a 1993 BMW 325is coupe! I also bought a big pile of Jolly Ranchers for the hornline :) It was great to see the kids again, but I didnt talk to many of them, and even those I did talk to I didnt talk too long, I didnt want to make it look like I was interfering in any way. I watched ensemble rehearsal, and a lot of the visual changes they had put in since I left were pretty cool, and musically I really, REALLY like the way the closer turned out!
