I woke up fairly disappointed this morning when I discovered that I had woken up from one of the greatest dreams of all time. It was one of those dreams where, while youre in it, you actually know not to wake up because you know its not real. I specifically remember thinking in the dream Dont wake up- it will all go away if you do. I dont exactly remember every little detail but there are some things that I can still see so vividly... I dont necessarily remember who it was, or if it was anyone at all, but I was for some reason hanging out with a moderately famous person... Apparently I was quite chummy with this moderately famous person, but made them different ones that they had connections with other famous people- and when he said he had another one of his friends coming to hang out, I didnt think much of it... Until: I had been looking down at my phone when the door opened, someone came in, apologized for coming in late, and sat down next to me... I looked up to introduce myself and HOLY CRAP THATS AMANDA SEYFRIED. WHOA WHOA WOW. Quite literally, I actually remember the feeling I was experiencing- that immediate shudder of surprise and amazement, the chills that ran down my spine and my heart actually stopping... She stared at me like I was a freak because I had basicaly frozen in place, trying to speak words. Finally, I got words out- I was fighting the urge to completely go gush, but finally won over my desire to freak out. I was able to convey my excitement and amazement normally and realistically. I admitted in a fairly honest and careful manner, how she was my celebrity crush. I was surprised when she accepted it as a compliment and sincerely thanked me for it. It sort of gets fuzzy here... I remember hitting it off as normal people, and then nothing again... But the next thing I remember is learning she played games on the computer, and I suppose I acquired her Steam username? Then it jumps again, and Im waiting in front of my computer screen- when the notification indicator glows green and i see that she accepted my friend request, and I seem to remember a message with it... I might get fired for this, but screw it. The hell? I dunno, but i just decided to accept this as some kind of choosing friendship over a job or commitment sort of scenario. And I was happy... Exciting stuff folks. But I distinctly recall forcing my eyes closed towards the end so it wouldnt end. Needless to say it didnt work for too long.
