I woke up this morning feeling such a mix of emotions. The feeling of excitement and happiness that Jason was coming home and this year we would celebrate Christmas together. Getting to see the kids come down the stairs and seeing what Santa brought them. But also the feeling of anger and loss creeps back up. I sit today and wonder what Samuel would be like and how would have reacted to Santa. I envision that picture with Santa, grace smiling, emma screaming and Samuel just hanging out. I cant help but to miss what I know we are missing. This journey is all about choices and decisions. They are not always easy and most of them take some time and thought. Thank you to everyone who has prayed for and loved our family this year. We wouldnt be where we are without you all! Merry Christmas to all of our angels and to their families loving them this Christmas season.
