I woke up this morning in a good mood until I rang Vodafone to pay £20 off my monthly bill which I do every 2 weeks with out doubt, after checking my bank account I discovered the stupid woman took the the whole amount of the outstanding bill, after her asking me how much three times I replied £20 but still she took the wrong amount, I finally got it sorted after being on the fone for about 45 minutes they are have refunded the difference back to my account but I now have to wait upto 3/7 days for the money to be transferred into my bank what a f**kin joke I got bills to pay and things to do takes the piss lol x
