I woke up this morning, intensely aware of the fact that I am now one year older and I cannot turn back time and I can surely not iron out the wrinkles with a magic iron. The best thing to do is to embrace the moment I have and celebrate my age. I am now at that age that I no longer have to impress others, just myself. So I will: Make the most of every day Love myself to pieces Laugh and giggle often Give each one I love a bear-hug Pray with the intensity of a child Have that last piece of cake Eat the last scoop of ice cream No longer hide the chocolate bar in my draw, but will instead eat it where and when I like Not bite my tongue and will speak up for myself and those I care for Dance in the moonlight And love life like never before May God bless and keep you always. And remember if the end is not near, you must learn to cope....;0)) Psalm 71: 14
