I woke up this morning just thinking about this song. It makes me imagine John sitting at a table reading the news while Ringo is watching the television and George is looking out the window smoking a cigarette. Paul stumbles in late and sits with John and lights up a smoke and they begin to talk about the news and the film that John saw. And then I imagine all of the Beatles coming together to try and figure out how to make things better. Im not talking about on a grand scale either. No charities involved, no benefit concerts being arranged... They are talking about making the world a better place from person to person. So step outside today, January 1st, 2015, with the intent of making the day good for not only you, your friends and family, but also a stranger. You really never know what someone else could be going through, and one simple act of kindness could turn sadness and depression into happiness and the will to get up and do it all again tomorrow.
