I woke up this morning with one message in my head - Rest & Rebuild. I worked this am & then took my son to a birthday party at a Karate studio - where they talked about honor, acceptance and seeing beauty in the world. This man talked about either being a person who sees problems or beauty. I knew I was in the right place - my eyes and ears were open as other parents were chatting. I felt like he was speaking to my soul. I came home. I ate some fresh coconut. I fell asleep on the couch. I woke up and took a long & hot shower and did skin brushing with a sugar scrub. I did deep breathing. I came out of the shower one grateful woman - for my life, for a hubby who watched my kids as this momma took care of herself and the ability to see my teacher at a karate school in Florida. Yes, I work a lot but I also have to health coach myself & say, woman - rest & rebuild.
