I woke up this morning wondering what I could possibly be thankful for in what has been the most trying time of my life. Watching Howard deteriorate and seeing Tracys health issues get worse have been indescribably awful. There is no way to put any silver lining on it. But while I was showering this morning (I do my best thinking there...ask Tracy), I realized that the answer was so simple. THANK YOU to all of the most amazing friends that anyone could ask for. Thanks to those who have acted as therapist and counselor...to those who have acted as Jordan-sitter...to those who have included us in the special events in their lives, even though we havent exactly been rays of sunshine. I would name each of you, but I might forget someone and I dont want to risk that. But you all know who you are. Youve been our lifelines in this terrible time. The only thing that I can say to all of you is that WE are here if/when you need us. All of the friendship will be returned with interest. We are very lucky to have you.
