I woke up to the splash of rain on my blinds. Geez,not another wet morning,i muttered to myself. I open my apartment door a fraction,lo,and behold puddles everywhere. Living in this part of town has its disadvantages. How on earth am i going to cross that ocean,is there a magic canoe that i dont know of?i stifled a sigh and went inside. What should i do?i have an appointment with Mr Tee by 10am and the deal is important. What if he reneges on our deal,if i didnt come on time? Mr Tee is a scum, and playing dirty is his hobby. I must not give up,fighting is in my spirit. I looked at the lovely painting engraved on my wall and a huge smile left my lips. Ama just gather your wits,u need more than it,to win this people i told myself. I entered the kichen to boil water,but d damn stove chose that exact moment to be sturbborn. Haba!is this a joke or something i exclaimed angrily as the last matchstick in the house refused to light. I ran into the bathroom,omo na cold bath things oooo. I opened the shower and did a quickie. Killed time for 45 minutes,but the rain refused to subside. What should i do,do,do? No taxi here,i have to walk down the road before i can get one. My phone chose that moment to cry,and as i picked it up,it was an old admirer who drives a battered old rickety car. Omo,see me in action na. I switched on my killer voice and u know what that means,the man practically ran to my doorsteps. A girl must use her talent,especially if a loved one is about to go to prison for a framed act. 5 minutes later,am out in the rain,in this carricature of an automobile. Hope ure fine Angel,my admirer asked me for the upteenth time. I flashed my charming smile................................ Goodmorning,am outa inspiration for now...will continue Awwh,this water is colddddddd
