I wonder about people who decide to cut meat from their diet for the sole purpose of losing weight. A gigantic chicken breast is only a couple hundred calories and even a serving of sirloin steak is just a few hundred calories unless you’ve got half a cow sitting on your plate. So they’ll get rid of all that fantastic protein, zinc, b vitamins, iron and more just to save a couple hundred measly calories, replace it with processed ‘vegetarian’ pre-packaged garbage foods, and then wonder why not only are they not losing weight but they feel like crap too.
