I wonder how many tears a person can cry? It seems over the past three months this family has cried enough tears to fill the ocean. Dad is off the ventilator, but continues to fight to breath, when they take the by-pap off of him to get a drink his oxygen level drops drastically, He is the sweetest man in the world, he tried to tell everyone that walked into his room today that he loved them, the lady that worked with his breathing he just kept telling her he loved her, When Roxie Henson asked the nurse tonight if she thought it would be safe for her to go back to Indy, the nurse said she wouldnt leave just yet. We are standing on faith that God isnt finished with our dad, and when we are told to prepare ourselves, None of us understand how in the world you can do that???? Plus I dont ever want the devil to even begin to think Im giving up on my dads complete healing. Before we had to leave tonight daddy had his hands raised in the air and kept saying thank you Jesus, Thank you Jesus, the nurse said he was getting too worked up and it would be best if we left. Im so thankful that as sick as daddy is, that he still raises his hands and gives God the praise for it all. Today there has been so many different emotions. Ive never liked roller coasters but at this time, Id rather ride the tallest , fastest and most dangerous roller coaster made by men, then to ride the one our family has been on for the past few months. But I must say, I thank God that I have the family and friends that I do to take this ride with me. And I know without a doubt that God wont leave us alone.
