I wonder how the USA can offer fully sponsored scholarships to foreigners courtesy of American taxpayer. At same time Americans have a trillion dollars in student loans outstanding. Our elementary and high school educators hold protests because school districts get too little if any money from Federal Government. Wonder why foreigners seem better at math and science than Americans? Why do high school seniors graduate without functional literacy skills? Federal Government is helping foreign students before our own.
