I wonder sometimes with people who are saying the MDC is finished. The majority of those proponents and authors of the obituary are people who have never been anywhere near MDC gatherings. So far I have moved with others and addressed 27 rallies throughout all the provinces of Zimbabwe. In all these rallies I havent seen any symptoms of crumbling. Like any organization, the party is going through internal fissures. But these must be used to strengthen rather than weaken the party. Yesterday, I was mobbed like a hero when I arrived and had a stop over at Mpandawana growth point in Gutu on my way to my village. People where telling me that they are determined than ever to fight. They said we must concentrate on strengthening the party, than concentrating in useless by elections and exchange of insults with our erstwhile colleagues. At the village elders came to urge me to continue fighting because they were suffering in a huge way. They still have hope in the party.
