I wonder what Ms Sturgeons herd of cattle would have to say in their defence, if this became a reality. Let it be fairly said, it would not be the first time that they had ignominiously back-pedalled on their own sense of democracy, equality and morality. Their flimsy defence of this? An SNP spokeswoman said it was an internal party matter, refused to elaborate, but added, It is a matter of record that we are opposed to the Bedroom Tax and that our MPs voted against it at Westminster. Erm, actually, its a matter of record that only two out of the six Westminster SNP MPs voted against it and if the SNP are so opposed to the Bedroom Tax, why would they be asking such a question to candidates, with the addendum that the scenario might occur as part of a Westminster deal? Very odd. Ms Sturgeon needs to come clean for once.
