I wonder why people in India go for a lean physique. If we look at hollywood celebrities like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Will Smith, Sylvester stallone, Vin diesel, Jackie chan, Bruce Lee, jhon vena, The Rock, Gerard Butler, Brad Pitt, Matt damon, Greg plitt etc. All of them have a well built superb physique. I am not comparing myself with these celebs. All I want to say is that one should have a well defined physique.. which makes him look different from the crowd.
