I worder when the UN security council will request the international criminal court to indict those who committed crimes against humanity in iraq during and after the toppling of saddam hussein,During and after ousting of muhamar Gaddafi in lybia,and to some extent those who are killing people in syria,both from the government side and rebels,and to some extent those who have openly said that they are arming rebels to topple president Assad.
