I wore KUHLs THE LAW pants for the majority of my time spent in the field in Greenland. They are by far the best pair of outdoor pants Ive ever worn. Fit is perfect for movement, materials are seemingly magical, construction of the pant is great. I ended up switching to these pants after my Rebel Runners got a hole ripped in them after a week in the field. I wore these pants in the rain while filming for hours and somehow the water never soaked through. The outside of the pant was wet, while my base-layer and legs stayed dry. At the end of the day I was scratching my head as to how this happened. Incredibly durable. I caught my crampons on the legs dozens of times and only got one small, tiny tear that was easily patched. I scooted down steep rock faces on my butt too many times to count, and these things took it like a champ. I ended up wearing these pants every single day for the rest of my time in the field. I had a pair of F****l*ven pants that just didnt compare, and I ended up only wearing once (and those fell apart on me, too).
