I work 8-8 tomorrow so I thought Id post this today. Tomorrow marks one year that Paul and I began this journey together. I wish I could say everything has been perfect since I arrived but it hasnt. It has been very difficult leaving my family, my job, my friends and the area that I grew up in all my life. I have battled internally missing everything Ive ever known. Ive realized I am stronger than I would have ever thought possible. But I am here because of the love Paul and I have between us. There are so many things I love about this man. I love how he sees only the good in people even if its so difficult for others to see. I love how he doesnt hold grudges when he actually should. I love how he has no temper (aside from his mother lol). Ive been here one year and I have never seen him get angry. Pauls easy going and will do anything to make me happy. I love how I come home late from work and he is always sitting there waiting for me....and he always says hi my love with a great big smile. I love how he sends me texts throughout the day that says I love you Marla Joy He constantly makes me laugh, regardless of how angry I get he can always make me laugh and I forget what I was upset about. He cares about my children and Max and will do anything for them. Im glad Im here because this is my new home. Oct 30 I become his wife and I will promise to be the best wife ever.
