I work out today at pastor lews woods house .helping hem get right for the move out of the old school house here and Galesburg ill. I been feeling better because of the lord jesus and one more person and my life. the lord thanks for all you do for me dieing for me. I own you lord jesus. and one more men and my life is a men that cares for me and wow I feel and how I am doing with my weight. this men is a men that the lord jesus brount me to hem over a year and a helf . this men is very good to help me and I feel he lord has giving me a men that cares a lot for me and my weight. this person this my coach with teambeachbody Derek Daniel Cahill. thanks Derek for all you do for my to lose this weight and for me to get better for me and for me to talk out wont on my mine.
