I worked for a company where they dictated how long we had to answer the cell phone after being called, regardless of whether we were driving down the highway. I refused. Told them I would call them back, that I didnt take or make calls while driving. And, they were responsible for managing foster care for thousands of children. IMO that was a very irresponsible and foolhardy (not to mention lawsuit worthy) policy.
