I would also like to do a massive shout out to Ali Haines - had a good talk about what we need to do to focus on getting there. I LOVE the fact that he has my back through all this - he understands the issues I have and never judges me just tells me like it is..........you need to commit to the nutrition as well as the exercise and it will happen wise words I know and I am listening......thank you for your continued support and for kicking my arse when I need it...............you are an awesome friend and an amazing trainer.
