I would be surprised to learn that Benjamin Netanyahu - בנימין נתניהו was the individual who initiated a chance for outgoing President Shimon Peres שמעון פרס to offer Abbas praise because of its respect for Israel while speaking just before him at the meeting of Jewish journalists. Nonetheless, Mr. Peres praise for Abbas is the kind of investment both Israel and its adversaries need. The State of Israel and its adversaries need more than the dangerous criticisms shared among one another which are based on half truths and which, frankly, are just as much about preserving and even strengthening notions about ethnic superiority with secular Nationalism as the fuel for its fire. The latter, more importantly, ignores the respective promises which God did offer to Sarah... because of Abraham... and, also, to Sarahs slave, Hagar, with regard to their offspring. To assert Sarahs blood descendants are more important, favored by God as His chosen over Hagars descendants is to assert a lie, and to believe that Hagars descendants are worthy as scapegoats for crying wolf is to believe that the truth does not matter. ...not one single stone... not one... shall be left unturned for us as both individuals and as His people which are and shall be held accountable for the prosperity of His posterity... every last one.
