I would like to ask all of my friends and people who know me for some advice. As you know I lost my son George to Neuroblastoma (cancer), I have been in the process of starting a company in his memory and in January paid a company to create a website for me, the man who owned the company knew what my drive was behind the idea and said he would create one for me. I paid him in January a substantial sum of money and to date have not obtained a website, been told he can no longer complete the website and doesnt know when he will pay me back. To top this off he doesnt respond to my emails or texts and he has literally disappeared from the internet. I cannot explain how upset and angry I am and dont know what to do to get my money back. Please can anyone advise me on what legal actions I can take to pursue this wicked person. Am I within my rights to post pictures of him and name him and put it all over the social network? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as Im close to exploding.
