I would like to great your hounareble Admin,group members,brothers and sisters,friends and best friends everyone who is reading this post. I am deeply hurt and I feel like I was not aproached with respect and dignity.I am not saying I am right,I just feel it was not the best way of handling a matter of my situation.I am also not saying I wanted or expected to be treated special.I just wish problems or challengies in this group could be attended to with the SouthAfrican kind of constitution. After commenting in a post directed to ppl reguarded to as admin(s),I found out the post was about me and I was never oproached about it,I had to find out in public.I think it was so disrespectfull of it to fall on me like that.To me or for me its not a good leadership example. Should I do somthing wrong I would like to be faced about it.I would have deleated my post if I was tolled it is insulting(ve) .I realy would not like anyone just deleating my post or comment without consulting me first,erespective of their position.if you dont tell me it is wrong how do you expect me to learn from my mistakes...? I also would like to oppose the sugestion of ADMIN(s) that if they think you not a good member of this goup they can just remove you from the group.....Just REMOVE YOU FROM THE GROUPR..?????I dont think so,not a good Idear I must say. If someone is in the group they becomes a friend to us as well,should we not have a say if we do like the person to stay or give them another chance maybe help them learn how to behaive and be a better person or this group have nothing to teach I dont know..... I would suggest that the ppl should vote.I dont think the ADMIN CAN ALWAYS DO WHAT I LIKE or take only the best decisions on my behalf,I want to have a say.TOO MUCH POWER INVESTED IN A FEW INDIVISUALS IS TOXIC.......I want to stand in a TRIALI am expecting to be treated FAIRLY WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT.
