I would like to point something out and this post is motivated by someone asking if think the programs Im promoting are scams. Now Im not picking on this person, just using this as a lesson for people who desire to be successful. This person happened to read one of those XYZ product is a scam review posts by what I like to call low life negative marketers and it made him question if the product a scam. Now this isnt the first time Ive heard stuff like this and Im not even one bit upset, but I want to talk about why this is bad for your business. 1.) Stay away from reading or listening to people who write these types of things. If you even entertain reading these types of posts its going to take up virtual real estate in your head. You have enough challenges with people saying mean things, laughing at your idea of being an entrepreneur and even other marketers saying negative things toward you or your business. The last thing you need to do is entertain the thought that making money online is a scam. 2.) People who write this crap only have one interest----- To tell you its a scam and flip you into their deal. Ive used keywords like is XYZ product a scam, but only for SEO purposes and I always say its not a scam. If you write blog posts with scam on the end, never make the mistake of calling a company, person or product a scam. A.) It could create bad karma for you in the future and kill potential future partnerships. B.) Piss off the wrong person and you have a lawsuit on your hands. The person writing this post bashes every company, product, leader in the business, but then flips the tables by telling you how his product will save you from all of these evil programs. hmmmmmm...now that doesnt sound phishy does it? 3.) If you look at a company and you see even 3-5 people making lots of money thats all the validation you need. Who cares how many people fail in a business opportunity. Its exactly the same in offline business. Most businesses fail and its a part of being an entrepreneur. When I look for a business to start, I dont look how many people failed because those people are average. Why in the world do I care what the average people do? Im not average nor do I care to know the results average people have gotten. I want to know how much money the leaders are making because that lets me know how big I can scale the business. When I go into a business I look at how much others are making and tell myself I will do that too. If you enter a business worried about how many people fail you should quit right now because youre playing small and have no business joining. 4.) If someone has to use negative marketing to sell their own product that should tell you something. If someone cant sell their own product without bashing another product or person than the product obviously isnt as good as theyre telling you. 5.) If someone is writing a lot of negative content online run. If someone has a whole site dedicated to how companies are scams and theyre promoting something else that should be your first clue. Avoid any and all negative people. Even some marketers spend more time whining, complaining and talking bad about others. I have a simple rule that I dont allow negative people into my life. I dont care if theyre a billionaire I dont want that around me. Point of all of this....Dont let other people decide the outcome of your business. Ive had people call me a scammer, but I have 100s of success stories to prove them wrong. I see people call every company Ive worked with a scam, but 100s of people are making thousands upon thousands of dollars daily. Most people are average and average people get average results. This guy who was writing the scam post was doing it for financial gain, but I see average people everyday on forums and their blogs bashing products, leaders and companies. These same people are usually broke or barely making any money online. Dont listen to broke people unless you want to be broke too. Its like listening to someone who is overweight advise you on your diet and what exercises you should do at the gym to get a six pack. Makes no sense right? If you want to be successful then listen to successful people. When I started online I listened to lots of broke people. I remained broke. When I joined a business even though I would see others getting amazing results I chose to ignore what they advised because I thought it must be to easy. These days when someone who makes more money than me tells me to do something because it will increase my income I say Should I do a backflip too? Check your ego at the door and listen to what successful people tell you to do, not everyone who makes lots of money does evil things to make that money. All I focus on daily is: - Build list - Email - FB posts I made around $60k online this month and worked less this month than I ever have. Ive started the day off with over $1000 before I woke up and Im not working at all today Im headed to the gym and then to the state fair all day with my parents. I will spend my time drinking beer, eating lots of food and enjoying time with the family and I will still make at least $2k while doing nothing. My point is not to brag, its that once you listen to the right people you can live life on your terms, spend more time with your family and make more money in one day than the negative people online do all month. Pick who you listen to very, very, very carefully because it will make or break you. Once you pick who you listen to you must actually apply what they teach you and believe its possible for you and really truly believe it. If I tell you to do those three steps you have two choices: A.) Ignore me and think it sounds to easy. B.) Do whatever it takes and follow my lead. I know if I could start all over again I would have taken option B and shaved 2 years off my learning curve. Sometimes thinking to much can cripple you. Worrying about the what ifs will keep you broke, miserable and shackled to poverty. Spend less time worrying and more time doing and check back in with me by the end of the year and let me know how your life is improving ;)
