I would like to publicly respond to this accusation from Mark - TopicsExpress

I would like to publicly respond to this accusation from Mark Stange that he made accusing me of being negatively involved in this situation: FYI, this particular cat is getting quite a bit of attention on social media as a result of Ronis postings. It has been examined by a vet and vet techs and may have a neurological disorder which doesnt bode well for its future. Critics of DCHS are aware of the health issues and are waiting to pounce if the cat has to be euthanized. Background: Ms ***** (who i weill keep certain individuals annonymous): she foster ed a cat....and then filed a complaint bc it was not neutered, and not properly vaccinated (according to her) Ms.*****, Below is a message that the City received which is the DCHS response to your complaint. I have also sent a copy of your complaint to the Police Chief for his review. Dale Shotkoski City Administrator (This is the Mark Stanges (illegal board president) response to a complaint filed with the City of Fremont by Ms. ***** on July 14, 2014.) I spoke with Kellie Stuehmer, a DCHS Vet Tech, who corresponded with Ms. ***** on this placement. The DCHS does have the name and telephone number of Ms. ***** who took the cat for fostering on Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Contrary to Ms. ***** s claim she was told that she could take the cat to a vet and get a rabies vaccination for the cat and DCHS would reimburse her for the cost of the vaccination. In fact she took the cat to Dr Rohrig in Arlington on Friday July, 11 for a rabies vaccination. Ill forward a copy of the rabies vaccination to you when we receive it from Dr. Rohrigs clinic. On Saturday, July 12 or Sunday July 13 Ms. ***** gave the cat away which is a violation of our fostering agreement. She gave the cat to ***(a local cat rescue group)***who called DCHS and turned the cat in today July 14, 2014. In short, the cat was back in our care before she even filed the complaint. As for the neutering claim. We are not required to neuter the cat and will not offer neutering until the cat is adopted.
