I would like to say this briefly whatever City or State you may reside in. It is very important to support your local Trainers and Instructors be it at the Gym, Studios, Churches Male or Female. The countless hours and time that we put into each class, training sessions, boot camps and continued education certifications no amount of money can truly compensate. I know that we live in a busy world with work, kids and other activities. However just know that your support makes all the countless hours of preparation worth it. If there is low or no participants there will ultimately be no training or classes. This may not matter or even be important to some but those who put their hearts into it and care about your health it is very important. I think its safe to say if we didnt care we wouldnt be here for you.
