I would like to take this moment to thank all of you for helping me through this latest rough patch in my life. I am feeling more and more like myself this last few days. I had been feeling dreadful. It helped to have a husband who didnt seem to expect me to do anything and kids that are so understanding I dont know where they get it from, because I wasnt like that at their age. But, as great as that is, I dont feel comfortable moaning at my family all day, theyd end up miserable. You are the place I can come to, to moan. To ask questions when I want to ask a person, instead of Google. To talk about how something irrelevant, flippant and ridiculous has made me feel better or worse. To make a mountain out of a tiny molehill first world problem. To blather on about nothing at all, making no sense, just because I need to talk, though I know not about what. You listen without judging or trying to rationalize me away from my occasionally ridiculous thought streams. There are individuals among you to who this particularly applies. But to a greater or lesser extent I feel this for most of you. I can show you my ridiculous, flawed, human drivelling and its fine because Ill show you mine and you show me yours. Thank you, friends. And have an awesome holiday time, whatever your holiday is. X
